持续血液净化联合生长抑素泵入法治疗急性重症胰腺炎的疗效观察

目的对在临床治疗急性重症胰腺炎的治疗疗效进行观察和讨论。方法选取本院所接诊的急性重症胰腺炎患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,对对照组采取常规治疗,对治疗组采用持续血液净化联合生长抑素(思他宁)泵入法治疗。在进行治疗前,两组患者均症状均符合急性重症胰腺炎临床表现症状,两组患者临床指标,包括血液淀粉酶等均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结果治疗组在采用联合治疗后,腹痛、腹胀症状缓解时间断,血液淀粉酶指数下降速度较快,与对照组有明显差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论在临床治疗急性重症胰腺炎时,常规治疗效果很难取得早期明显效果,已普遍使用的单纯的采用生长抑素虽较常规治疗具有明显的疗效,但临床上对于急性重症胰腺炎患者,应采取多种有效办法联合使用,迅速控制病情,有效遏制病情的恶化,对于提高治愈率、较少并发症有积极有效的作用。

Continuous blood purification methods combined with somatostatin infusion clinical observation of severe acute pancreatitis

Objective The treatment of severe acute pancreatitis in clinical efficacy of treatment were observed and discussed.Methods Select the admissions of the institution 60 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 patients taking regular treatment for the control group,treatment group with continuous blood purification combined with somatostatin(thinking he ning) pump treatment.During treatment,both groups were the symptoms were consistent with clinical symptoms of severe acute pancreatitis,two sets of clinical indicators,including blood amylase was no significant difference(P>0.05).Results The use of Stilamin treatment,abdominal pain,bloating,symptoms of time off,blood amylase fell faster in the control group were significantly different(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of acute severe pancreatitis,the conventional treatment was difficult to achieve early results,have been widely used,although simple compared with conventional treatment of somatostatin has obvious effect,but the clinical pancreas for patients with severe acute pancreatic should be taken joint use of a variety of effective ways to quickly control the disease,effectively curb the progression of disease,for improving the cure rate and fewer complications,a positive and effective role.
