| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理专科毕业生就业压力与抑郁的影响因素及相关性.方法:研究对象采用整群随机抽样的方法,随机抽取449名研究对象.以问卷调查的形式进行调查,对数据多元逐步回归分析.结果:护理专科毕业生职业素质、求职竞争、心理预期、求职帮助、供求矛盾方面压力及总压力与抑郁成正相关.结论:护理专科毕业生的压力对学生的抑郁情绪有影响...

| Abstract: | objective: To discuss the correlation of employment pressure and depression and factors affecting depression of nursing graduates.Methods:449 subjects were obtained by using cluster random sampling method.The subjects were investigated with questionnaire.The statistical method included: stepwise multiple linear regression analysis.Results: Professional quality、job competition、sychological expectations、job search assistance、contradiction between supply and demand、overall employment pressure of nursing graduates were positively correIated with depression.Conclusion: Employment pressure of nursing graduates have an effect on depression |
