红花黄色素对急性冠脉综合征患者心功能和基质金属蛋白酶的影响

目的探讨红花黄色素冻干粉针剂对急性冠脉综合征患者心功能和血清基质金属蛋白酶的影响。方法急性冠脉综合征住院患者98例,按照随机分组的原则分为红花黄色素治疗组(48例)和对照组(50例),2组病人均应用常规基础治疗,治疗组加用红花黄色素静脉滴注。同时检测发病后第3天、7天时血清基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-2和MMP-9)含量,1个月时超声心动图检测左室射血分数(LVEF),1个月内随访主要临床心血管事件。结果红花黄色素治疗组与对照组比较,患者左室射血分数(EF%)明显高于对照组(P=0.04),血清MMP-2和MMP-9含量均低于对照组(P<0.05),2组患者再次发病住院治疗和死亡的概率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论红花黄色素注射液能够显著降低急性冠脉综合征患者血清MMP-2和MMP-9,改善患者的心功能。

Honghuahuangsesu injection with acute coronary syndromes cardiac function and matrix metalloproteinases influence

Objective To investigate the effects of Honghuahuangsesu injection on left ventricular function and serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase-2 and-9 in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods Ninety eight patients with acute coronary syndrome were randomly assigned to either a control group(n=50) that received optimum medical treatment,or a Honghuahuangsesu group(n=48) that received optimum medical treatment with addition of Honghuahuangsesu injection.Serum levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 3 days and 7days after ACS were measured,respectively.Data about left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) were obtained by echocardiogram 1 month after ACS.The main clinical cardiovascular events were recorded in a months’ follow-up.Results Although there was no significant difference between the two groups in incidence of ACS re-occur and death(P>0.05),LVEF of the patients accepted Honghuahuangsesu injection was higher(P=0.04) and the levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were lower(P<0.05) compared with the control.Conclusion After additional treatment with Honghuahuangsesu injection,the left ventricular function could be improved and the levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 be decreased in patients with ACS.
