| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨后尿道损伤早期安全、合理、有效的治疗方法 .方法 回顾性分析36例后尿道断裂患者行尿道会师牵引复位术(会师 Foley尿管牵引术)后留置导尿管9周的临床资料.结果 36例中28例治愈,治愈率77.8%.8例失败,需二期手术治疗.结论 尿道会师 Foley尿管牵引复位术操作简便、创伤小、并发症少,是早期处理后尿道断裂的首选方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore safe and effective managements for posterior urethral disruption. Methods Early treatment of 36 cases of posterior urethral disruption with urethral reunion operation and a Foleycatheter traction were studied retrospectivelyR.esults Among 36 patients with urethral reunion operation and a Foleycatheter traction,28 had normal urination, the success rate was 77.8%. Failed in 8 cases, and they need a second session operationC.onclusions Urethral reunion operation has advantages compare to convenience. such as good effect,small trauma and less complications, and maybe the first-line treatment for posterior urethral disruption. |
