摘    要:作者采用辣根过氧化酶(HRP)顺行标记法证实:大鼠下丘脑室旁核(PVN)的传出纤维可投射到脊髓室管膜。脊髓T_(13)-L_3节段室管膜下有丰富的标记纤维和终末,其它脊髓节段的标记纤维和终末稀少。标记纤维和终末集中分布在中央管的背侧和腹侧。其中部分标记纤维和终末伸入室管膜的基底层。脊髓室管膜的PVN传出纤维可能向脑脊液中释放神经激素,从而对脊髓发挥调节作用。

Abstract:The efferent projections from paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus (PVN)to ependyma of the spinal cord were traced anterogrately with HRP technique in the rat.Labelled fibers and terminals preferentially appeared at Subependyma between T_(13)-L_3;at other spinal cord levels labelled fibers and terminals were sparsely found at Subependyma.Subependymal labelled fibers and terminals were densily distributed to dorsal and ventral parts of the central canal.Some of them penetrated into the basal lam- ina of ependyma.The efferent fibers which projected from PVN to ependyma of the spinal cord perhaps released neurohormones into cerebrospinal fluid,thus having effects of regulation on the spinal cord.
