肩关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠联合臂丛阻滞后手法松解治疗顽固性肩周炎

目的观察肩关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠联合臂丛神经阻滞后手法松解治疗顽固性粘连性肩周炎的临床疗效。方法顽固性粘连性肩周炎患者15例,男9例,女6例,年龄35—62岁,病程1个月-1年,先以玻璃酸钠肩关节腔注射,继行臂丛阻滞后手法松解肩关节。结果15例经1次治疗,即有11例恢复肩关节活动或活动幅度明显改善,且肩关节疼痛基本消失;3例经2次松解治疗亦获良效;仅有1例患者效果不理想。治疗总有效率达93．3％(14／15),未出现任何并发症。结论肩关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠联合臂丛神经阻滞后手法松解治疗顽固性粘连性肩周炎,见效快、疗效好、安全性高,是治疗肩周炎的有效方法。

Treatment of refractory adhesive periarthritis humeroscapularis with sodium hyaluronate injected into articular intracavity combined with manipulation after brachial plexus block

Objective To observe the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate injected into articular intracavity combined with manipulation after brachial plexus block to treat refractory adhesive periarthritis humeroscapularis. Methods 15 patients, who suffered from refractory adhesive periarthritis humeroscapu-laris,male 9,femal 6,age 35-62y,courses of disease from 1 month to 1 year,were injected sodium hyaluronate into articular intracavity of them first, then done manipulation after brachial plexus block. Results After one course of treatment, the effects were excellent in 11 patients, good in 3 patients after two course with manipulation, and one patient was not good. There was no patient with complication, the effective rate was 93. 3% (14/15cases). Conclusion Injected sodium hyaluronate into articular intracavity combined with manipulation after brachial plexus block to treat refractory adhesive periarthritis humeroscapularis is an effective methods,and the effect is rapid and safe.
