驻桂部队官兵皮肤病发病情况调查

目的了解驻桂部队官兵皮肤病的发病情况及其原因。方法以主诉与体检相结合的方法进行皮肤病的临床诊断,对诊断有疑问者进行必要的真菌学和细菌学检查,对皮肤病类型及构成比进行分析。结果感染性皮肤病发病率最高,为78.00%。其中足癣发病率为49.25%,居感染性皮肤病之首。结论加强部队卫生防治知识的宣传和教育,采用自拟中药方配成川黄洗剂治疗足癣取得满意疗效。

Investigation of dermatosis among the cadres and soldiers stationed in Guangxi Region

Objective To investigate the occurrence of dermatosis among the cadres and soldiers stationed in Guangxi Region and its causes. Methods Dermatosis was diagnosed clinically according to the method of combining the chief complaint and physical exam. All patients who cast doubt on diagnosis were undergone necessary mycology and bacteriology exam, and the types and components of dermatosis were analyzed. Results The rate of infectious dermatosis was the highest(78.00%), especially dermatophytosis(49.25%), ranking No.1 among all dermatosis. Conclusion Health propaganda and education about disease prevention and treatment of army should be intensified, and Chuanhuang Lotion which is self made by using TCM can achieve satisfactory effect in treating dermatophytosis.
