maspin基因在涎腺肿瘤中的表达

目的探讨maspin基因在不同的涎腺肿瘤中的表达差异及其在鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法应用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连结法(SP)显色技术检测maspin基因在多形性腺瘤(PA)、腺样囊性癌(ACC)、黏液表皮样癌(MEC)和腺泡细胞癌(ACCa)中的表达。结果 maspin基因在4种涎腺肿瘤中均有表达,其中在PA中阳性表达率为92%,ACC中阳性表达率为36%,MEC中阳性表达率为45%,ACCa中阳性表达率为50%。maspin基因在PA中的阳性表达率显著高于ACC、MEC和ACCa,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 maspin基因表达与涎腺肿瘤的发生和发展有一定相关性,对涎腺肿瘤之间的鉴别诊断有一定参考意义。

Expression of maspin gene in salivary gland tumors

Objective To investigate the expression difference of maspin gene in salivary gland tumors and their potential role in the differential diagnosis of salivary gland tumors.Methods Expression of maspin gene was detected by immunohistochemical staining of streptavidin-perosidase(SP) method in pleomorphic adenoma,adenoid cystic carcinoma,mucoepidermoid carcinoma and acinic cell carcinoma.Results The expressions of maspin gene in the four kinds of salivary gland tumors were all observed,among the total,the positive expression rate of pleomorphic adenoma was 92%,adenoid cystic carcinoma was 36%,mucoepidermoid carcinoma 45% and acinic cell carcinoma 50% respectively.The positive expression rate of maspin gene in pleomorphic adenoma was significantly higher than that of adenoid cystic carcinoma,mucoepidermoid carcinoma and acinic cell carcinoma,and there was a significant difference among them(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between the expression of maspin gene and salivary gland tumors,and the expression of maspin gene had some significance of differential diagnosis in salivary gland tumors.
