接触苯、甲苯工人血清免疫球蛋白的变化及意义

目的探讨苯、甲苯作业工人血清免疫球蛋白的变化,寻求苯、甲苯危害的早期指标。方法抽取接触苯、甲苯工人(苯作业组)及某五交化公司工人(非苯作业组)静脉血2ml,EDTANa2抗凝,静置4～5h分离血清,采用单向琼脂扩散法检测苯作业工人及对照组血清IgG、IgA,IgM含量。结果苯作业工人血清免疫球蛋白IgA增高,但与对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05);IgG、IgM显著增高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IgG、IgM显著增高说明本组苯作业工人体液免疫反应较高,机体处于保护性免疫反应亢进状态,苯作业工人应及时采取保护措施。

Contact benzene, toluene workers serum immunoglobulin changes

Objective Workers exposed to benzene on serum immunoglobulin changes, seeking benzene, toluene against the early indicators. Methods Taken exposed to benzene, toluene workers (benzene-exposed group) and pay a five company workers (benzene-exposed group) blood 2 ml, EDTANa2 anticoagulant, and static 4 ~ 5 h separation serum, One-agar diffusion method detection of benzene-exposed workers and the control group of serum IgG, IgA, IgM. Results Workers exposed to benzene serum immunoglobulin IgA increased.But compared with the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05); IgG, IgM significantly increased, compared with the control group there were significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion IgG, IgM response was elevated benzene, toluene workers exposed to damage in the early indicators, the mechanisms used to be further explored.
