| 摘 要： | [目的]了解造血干细胞移植病人出血性膀胱炎发生的危险因素。[方法]对29例造血干细胞移植病人出血性膀胱炎的危险因素进行统计学分析。[结果]出血性膀胱炎的发生率34％(10/29例),经Logistic回归分析发现出血性膀胱炎的危险因素是预处理方案(OR值0.058 0),马利兰/环磷酰胺预处理方案出血性膀胱炎发生率高。[结论]预处理方案对出血性膀胱炎的发生有重要影响。

| Abstract: | [ Objective ] To analyse the risk factors of hemorrhagic cystitis in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. [ Methods ] The clinical risk factors of hemorrhagic cystitis in the 29 patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were analyzed with logistic regression statistic of SPSS. [Results] The incidence of hemorrhagic cystitis in 29 patients was 34% . The risk factors of hemorrhagic cystitis was regimens (the OR was 0. 058 0) in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation . The patients with busulphan/cycloshamide regimen have higher hemorrhagic cystitis incidence than those with other regimens. [Conclusion] The regimens have an important effect on the incidence of hemorrhagic cystitis among hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. |
