B超对药物流产效果的评价

目的:探讨B超对药物流产效果的观察与评价作用。方法:采用B超观察723例孕妇在药物流产后第7 d、第11 d、第15 d、第19 d子宫腔内实性或实液混合性光团的位置、大小、边界、内部回声等方面的变化。结果:723例药物流产患者中,第7 d完全流产311例,占总数的43.02%,第11 d完全流产654例,占总数的90.46%,第15 d完全流产701例,占总数的96.96%,第19 d完全流产达到703例,占总数的97.23%,其中1例药物流产失败,孕囊继续增大。从第7~11 d,不全流产的子宫内实性或实液混合性光团回声较强,边界较清,第11~15 d,不全流产的子宫腔内实性团块相应变小,回声降低,光点增粗,边界逐渐模糊,第19 d后,子宫腔内的实性团块大小基本不变,回声进一步降低,光点紊乱粗大,其间出现点状液性暗区,边界不清。结论:B超能够快速准确地对药物流产后的子宫内情况实施观察和评价。

Value of B-type Ultrasonography on assessing the effect of medicine abortion.

Objective:To discuss the value of the B-type ultrasonic wave observing and assessing the medicine abortion.Methods: Observed the size,location,the change of edge and resound of tubers or mixed tubers in the uterus of 723 pregnant women by B-type ultrasonography.Results:Of the 723 ancients,there were 311(43.02%)are complete abortion,the 11th day,654(90.46%) complete abortion;the 15th day was 701(96.96%).The 19~(th) day,the number was up to 703(97.23%) of all.Still 20(2.77%)failed in the complete abortion after 19 days.Only one was completely fail in the medicine abortion,whose uterus kept growing.From the 7th day to the 11th day,the resound of the lighten mixed lump was quite strong,the edge of is clear which day to the 15th day later,the lump became smaller,the resound got lower,the light spot bigger,and the edge was got vague on the 19th day,the size of the solid lump kept the same,the resound became even lower,the light spots were not random and there were also liquid spot shade among the vague edge.Conclusion:The B-type ultrasonography can make an early,quick observation and assessment on the inner uterus that has just had a medicine abortion.
