大面积合并面颈部烧伤患者使用翻身床发生窒息的原因及对策

目的探讨使用翻身床治疗大面积合并面颈部烧伤患者发生窒息的原因及护理对策。方法对2009年1月-2011年5月收治的41例大面积合并面颈部烧伤患者使用翻身床治疗的资料进行回顾分析,并重点对治疗过程中患者发生窒息的原因及采用翻身床治疗的护理预防、处理措施予以总结。结果有5例发生窒息意外,其中4例及时发现并抢救成功,1例抢救无效死亡。结论加强呼吸道预见性观察及护理,是大面积烧伤合并面颈部烧伤患者在使用翻身床过程中预防呼吸道梗阻的重要措施,同时对窒息发生时的紧急抢救措施是患者生命安全的重要保证。

Reasons and Solutions of Asphyxia aft er the Application of Rotating Bed in Extensive Burn Patients Combined with Faciocervical Injury

Objective To seek for the reasons and nursing measures of asphyxia after the application of rotating bed in extensive burn patients combined with faciocervical injury. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of rotating bed applied for 41 extensive bum patients combined with faciocervical injury from January 2009 to May 2011. We emphatically summarized the reasons of five cases of asphyxia and summarized the prevention measures after the application of rotating bed. Results In all the 41 patients, suffocation accident occurred in 5 patients after the application of rotating bed. Four patients were observed immediately and rescued successfully, while the other one died. Conclusions Enhancement of predictive observation and nursing care of respiratory tracts are the key measures to prevent respiratory tract obstruction after the application of rotating bed in extensive burn patients combined with faciocervical injury. Emergency treatment for asphyxia is the vital guarantee for patients＇ life safety.
