蓝斑核内微量注射去甲肾上腺素对颏舌肌功能的影响

摘    要:实验取健康家兔22只,用20%乌拉坦静脉麻醉,断双侧迷走神经,观察蓝斑核(LC)内微量注射去甲肾上腺素(NA)对动物窒息引起的颏舌肌肌电积分活动增强效应(PIMA)的影响,结果表明:增强颏舌肌的NMA,表现为增幅峰值加大,潜伏期缩短,恢复时间延长,且此效应可被妥拉苏林所阻断。结果提示蓝斑核内有肾上腺素受体存在,对颏舌肌有兴奋作用。

Abstract:Integrated genioglossal muscle activities were recorded on 22 urethane anesthetized,vagotomized rabbits to study the effect of norepinephrine(NA)in jected into locus coeruleus(LC)on the potentiationg effects of integrated genioglossal muscle activities(PIMA).It was found that NA could facilitate PIMA of geniollossal muscle.Peak amplitude of PIMA was increased with the latency of PIMA shortented and recover time prolonged,which could be blocked by tolazolin.This results suggest that NA exerts excitatory effect on geniollossal muscle activity which may be addociated with the excitation of LC.So that the resistance of upper airway might be decreased.
