如何深入挖掘患者满意度数据

摘    要:为了弥补国内患者满意度研究中普遍存在的对数据挖掘不够充分的缺陷,提出4种客观、简便、可操作性较强的结果分析方法:相关分析、方差分析、判别分析和象限图分析;并通过在浙江省l家三级综合性医院中的应用研究,证明这些方法的适用性和对医疗服务质量改进的指导作用.

Abstract:To make up the ubiquitous deficiency that failing to delve further into the information when doing research on patients' satisfaction degree,the paper put forward four analytical methods that are objective,simple,and feasible methods for result analysis:correlation analysis,ANOVA (analysis of variance),discriminant analysis and Magic Quadrant analysis.And in addition,through application study in a tertiary general hospital in Zhejiang province,it is proved that these methods are applicable and have guidance function in improving medical service quality.
