摘    要:目的了解宜兴市初中生营养知识、态度及饮食行为状况,为开展营养干预工作提供基线资料。方法采用KAP问卷对宜兴市1190名初一至初三年级学生进行营养问卷调查。结果在满分为10分的营养知识测试中,学生平均得分为4.40分,得分随着年级增高而升高,且城乡差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。大部分学生具有良好的饮食习惯,对食物多样化、蔬菜水果、奶类的认同率也较高,但蔬菜的食用频率、摄入量仍偏低。结论宜兴市初中生营养知识、态度和饮食行为存在一定程度的不足,有针对性地开展综合性的营养干预十分必要。

Abstract:Objective To study the nutrition-related knowledge, attitude and dietary practice(KAP) in adolescents, and to provide evidence for subsequent nutrition intervention. Methods 1 190 junior high school students in Yixing were surveyed by a nutritional KAP questionnaire. Results Average nutritional score of adolescents was 4.40 in knowledge test whose full mark was 10. It rose as grade increased, and it was significant different between urban and rural areas (P<0.01). Most adolescents had good dietary habits, and they mostly recognize food diversification, vegetables,fruits and milk. However, consumption frequency and intake of vegetables was relatively low. Conclusion Nutrition-related KAP still needs to be further improved in junior middle school students in Yixing. It is necessary to conduct specified comprehensive nutrition intervention on adolescents.
