摘    要:目的 观察慢性次声暴露对豚鼠听觉传出通路中重要的神经递质降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)分布的影响 .方法 豚鼠在接受次声暴露条件为 8Hz,12 0 d B SPL,1次·d- 1 ,2 h/次、共 30 d的暴露后 ,通过免疫组织化学 ABC- GND技术 ,观察豚鼠在经次声致聋前后 CGRP- IR阳性产物在听觉传出通路中分布的变化情况 .结果  CGRP- IR阳性产物在豚鼠听觉传出通路中较广泛存在 ,次声暴露后 ,其含量明显减少 .结论 次声可使橄榄耳蜗束对听觉传入冲动的调节水平降低 ,致耳蜗功能对有害因子的抵御性减弱

Abstract:AIM To explore the effects of infrasound on the distributions of CGRP IR in the efferent auditory pathways in guinea pigs. METHODS Avidin Biotin peroxidase Complex immunostaining combined with the glucose oxidase DAB nickel enhancement techique was used to investigate the change of distributions of CGRP in the efferent auditory pathways of guinea pigs after exposure to infrasound with 8 Hz, 120 dB SPL, 2 h/time, 1 time/d for continuous 30 days. RESULTS CGRP IR fibers were found in the DCN, VCN,SOC, IC and VN, some of which surrounded the CGRP IR negative neurons. After exposure, the CGRP IR containing fibers in the efferent auditory pathways were declined. CONCLUSION Decline of CGRP may not result in the hearing loss directly, but the indirect influence on hearing function cannot be excluded.
