| 鼻窦内窥镜手术的体会 |

| 摘 要： | 为总结鼻窦内窥镜手术的经验，对鼻窦内窥镜手术６９例（１２１侧次，均为鼻息肉和鼻窦炎患者）进行分析。其中男４３例，女２６例。年龄１４～６８岁。行功能性鼻窦内窥镜手术１４例（２５侧次），全筛窦开放术３３例（５９侧次），全蝶筛窦开放术２１例（３６侧次），蝶窦开放术１例（１侧次）。辅以上颌窦根治术２３例（３６侧次）。随访３～２０个月。术后鼻塞完全消除者５７例（５７／５９）；头痛完全缓解者５１例（５１／５６）；脓涕完全消失者３５例（３５／５４）；嗅觉完全或部分恢复者２６例（２６／４５）。无严重手术并发症。随访期内鼻息肉残留和复发率为１２．３９％。重点讨论了手术适应证、术前ＣＴ扫描、术中技巧和注意事项等方面的问题

| Abstract: | Sixty-ninepatients(121sides)receivedendoscopicsinussurgerybetweenMay,1993andOctober,1994.Alofthepatientsexhibitedfolowingclinicalsigns:bilateralorunilateralnasalpolypsandparanasalsinusitis.Therewere43menand26women,ranginginagefrom14to68years.Amongthepatients,14(25sides)weretreatedwithfunctionalethmoidectomy;33(59sides)withtotalethmoidectomy;and21(36sides)withsphenoethmoidectomy.23patients(36sides)weretreatedsimultaneouslywithradicalmaxilarysinussurgery.Accordingtothedataofpostoperativefolow-up,nasalobstructiondisappearedcompletelyin57cases(57/59);headachere-mittedin51(51/56);and35(35/54)werefreeofpurulentnasaldischarge.Noseverecomplicationswereobserved.Theincidenceofresidualandrecurrentpolypwere12.39%(15/121sides).Thecu-rativeefectofendoscopicsinussurgerywasanalysed.Theindicationsofoperation,thepreoperativeCTscanofparanasalsinuses,andtheendoscopictechniqueswerediscussed. |
