摘    要:目的对金属离子是否可作为中和剂用于喹诺酮类药物微生物限度检查进行初步筛选。方法在不同平皿中加入不同体积的同浓度金属离子,然后均加入实验菌株(50~100cfu.mL-1),进行菌落计数。结果 Al 3+、Fe3+、Mn2+本身对实验菌株生长有明显的抑制作用,而Ca2+和Mg2+对实验菌株的生长没有干扰,但Mg2+的中和效果更好。结论 Mg2+可作为中和剂应用于喹诺酮类药物微生物限度检查。

Abstract:Objective To preliminarily screen metal ions,which can be used as the neutralizer for the microbial limit test of quinolones.Method By adding different volumes of the same concentration of metal ions in different plates to test strains(50-100 cfu·mL-1).The colony count was carried out.Result Al3+,Fe3+,Mn2+ themselves significantly inhibited the growth of test strains,while Ca2+ and Mg2+ did not interfere with the growth of the test strains,but the neutralize effect of Mg2+ was better than others.Conclusion Mg2+ was used as a neutralizer applied to the microbial limit test of quinolones.
