急性脑梗死患者血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2、超敏C反应蛋白及D-二聚体水平

摘    要:目的:检测分析急性脑梗死患者血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及D-二聚体(D-Dimer)水平变化及临床意义。方法:急性脑梗死患者105例(急性脑梗死组),同期体检健康人群100例(健康对照组)。平行检测两组血清Lp-PLA2、hs-CRP及D-Dimer含量,比较不同组及不同程度脑梗患者上述指标水平的差异。结果:急性梗死组血清Lp-PLA2、hs-CRP及D-Dimer含量明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01),且各指标水平变化呈显著正相关(r分别为0.323,0.599,0.283,P均<0.01)。重度梗死组血清Lp-PLA2、hs-CRP及D-Dimer水平明显高于轻度和中度梗死组(P<0.05)。血清Lp-PLA2、hs-CRP及D-Dimer含量与急性脑梗死患者病情严重程度均呈高度正相关(r分别为0.721,0.623,0.718,P均<0.01)。结论:检测急性脑梗死患者血清Lp-PLA2、hs-CRP及D-Dimer水平,对临床诊断有一定参考价值。

Abstract:Objective: To detect and analysis the levels and the clinical significance of serum Lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2),high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and serum D-Dimer in acute cerebral infarction. Method: 105 patients with acute cerebral infarction(acute infarction group), another healthy choice over the same period were 100 cases ( the healthy control group),respectively,a comparative analysis of two different lesions and different levels of Lp-PLA2, hs-CRP and serum D-Dimer were analyzed. Results: Lp-PLA2, hs-CRP and serum D-Dimer levels in acute infarction group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01),and the index levels was positively correlated(r=0.323,0.599,0.283,P<0.01).Lp-PLA2, hs-CRP and serum D-Dimer in patients with deep infarct lesion were significantly higher than the content of small infarction lesions(P<0.05).The levels of serum Lp-PLA2, hs-CRP and serum D-Dimer were positively correlated with acute cerebral infarction degree(r=0.721,0.623,0.718,P<0.01). Conclusion: Detection the levels of serum Lp-PLA2, hs-CRP and D-Dimer in acute cerebral infarction have some reference values for clinical diagnosis.
