磷酸肌酸钠注射液对老年冠心病患者心功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨磷酸肌酸钠注射液对老年冠心病患者心功能的影响。方法以31例老年冠心病患者为观察对象,比较应用磷酸肌酸钠注射液前后血清B型尿钠肽(BNP)、左室舒张末期容积(EDV)、左室收缩末期容积(ESV)、射血分数(EF)、每搏输出量(SV)和心肌酶的变化。结果应用磷酸肌酸钠前后血清B型钠尿肽分别为(1.33±2.24)和(1.18±1.62)ng·mL-1(P<0.05);左室舒张末期容积值分别为(109.93±35.08)和(124.40±61.92)mL(P>0.05);左室收缩末期容积分别为(44.48±25.73)和(52.10±28.64)mL(P>0.05);射血分数分别为61.55%±9.07%和59.30%±4.97%(P>0.05);每搏输出量分别为(62.93±17.09)和(68.20±36.74)mL(P>0.05);乳酸脱氢酶分别为(284.97±379.52)和(185.96±89.89)U·L-1(P>0.05);肌酸激酶同工酶分别为(22.36±36.34)和(14.42±6.82)U·L-1(P<0.05);天冬氨酸转氨酶分别为(25.00±12.37)和(23.58±9.11)U·L-1(P>0.05);肌酸磷酸激酶分别为(126.69±95.99)和(115.83±81.35)U·L-1(P<0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸钠注射液能降低老年冠心病患者BNP水平,改善心功能。

Abstract:Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of phosphocreatine on heart function in elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 31 elderly patients with CHD were recruited and divided randomly into 2 groups.The change of the levels of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(EDV),left ventricular end systolic diameter(ESV),left ventricular jection fraction(EF),left cardiac output per(SV),and left myocardial enzymology were compared before and after treatment.Results The level of BNP was(1.33±2.24) and(1.18±1.62) ng·mL-1,the level of CK-MB was(22.36±36.34) and(14.42±6.82) U·L-1,the level of CPK was(126.69±95.99) and(115.83±81.35) U·L-1 before and after treatment,respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The level of EDV was(109.93±35.08) and(124.40±61.92) mL,the level of ESV was(44.48±25.73) and(52.10±28.64) mL,the level of EF was 61.55%±9.07% and 59.30%±4.97%,the level of SV was(62.93±17.09) and(68.20±36.74) mL,the level of LDH was(284.97±379.52) and(185.96±89.89) U·L-1,the level of GOT was(25.00±12.37) and(23.58±9.11) U·L-1,the level of CPK was(126.69±95.99) and(115.83±81.35) U·L-1 before and after treatment,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Phosphocreatine can reduce the plasma BNP level and improve the heart function in elderly patients with CHD.
