2009-2011年南京市MSM人群艾滋病哨点监测结果分析

目的了解南京市男男性行为人群(MSM)哨点监测中,其艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体阳性率和相关性行为的变化情况,为在该人群中制定有针对性的艾滋病干预策略提供依据。方法利用2009-2011年南京市MSM哨点监测数据,对HIV感染状况及相关性行为进行分析。结果 2009-2011年,分别调查了符合条件的MSM1 086人、823人和712人,分别检测出HIV抗体阳性者59人、85人和53人,HIV抗体阳性率分别为5.4%、10.3%和7.4%。结论南京市MSM人群中HIV感染情况已经相当严重,应当及时采取有效措施,控制艾滋病疫情在该人群中的进一步蔓延。

Analysis of surveillance data of AIDS sentinel points of MSM in Nanjing,2009-2011

Objective To investigate human immunodeficiency virus （HIV） prevalence and sexual behavior changes by analyzing the surveillance data of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome （AIDS） sentinel points among men who have sex with men （MSM） in Nanjing. Methods HIV infection among MSM and their related behaviors were analyzed by utilizing the surveillance data of AIDS sentinel points from 2009 to 2011. Results A total of 1 086, 823 and 712 MSM were recruited in the respective years of 2009 to 2011. Of them, 59, 85 and 53 were tested HIV positive, respectively. The H IV prevalence was 5.4%, 10.3% and 7.4% in the respective three years. Conclusion The HIV prevalence is serious among MSM in Nanjing, and further efforts are urgently needed to scale-up the prevention and control of HIV among them.
