| 摘 要： | 目的研究p14^ARF、mdm2、p53在鼻咽癌组织中的表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移、预后等因素的关系。方法应用免疫化法检测58例鼻咽癌组织和20例慢性鼻咽炎症组织中p14^ARF、mdm2、p53表达情况。结果（1）p14^ARF、mdm2、p53在鼻咽癌组织和慢性鼻咽炎症组织中的阳性表达率分别为31．0％、41．4％、65．5％和100％、0、0，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；（2）Spearman相关分析表明，鼻咽癌组织中p14^ARF、mdm2、p53三者表达之间均无相关性；（3）p14^ARF、mdm2、p53表达与鼻咽癌淋巴结转移、分期、性别、年龄无关；（4）Kaplan—Meier分析方法显示鼻咽癌组织中mdm2表达与生存时间相关（P〈0．05）；p14^ARF、p53表达与生存时间无关。结论p14^ARF、mdm2、p53可能参与了鼻咽癌的发生；mdm2表达可作为预测鼻咽癌放疗预后的一项参考指标。
