医院下呼吸道感染患者T细胞亚群及红细胞膜免疫分子表达的研究

摘    要:目的了解难治性下呼吸道医院感染患者的细胞免疫功能。方法用流式细胞术对35例难治性医院下呼吸道感染患者外周血T细胞亚群及红细胞膜免疫分子表达进行检测,并设置健康对照组35例。结果感染组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8及协同刺激分子CD2均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);感染的红细胞膜免疫分子CD35、CD59表达低于对照组(P<0.01),而CD58高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论难治性医院下呼吸道感染患者T细胞亚群活性低下,红细胞免疫功能紊乱。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the cell immunity function of lower respiratory tract patients with lower curability.Method The immunological molecular expressions of T cell sub-cluster and red cell membrane of 35 lower respiratory tract patients in hospital were detected using flow cytometry(a normal control group with 35 healthy people was set at the same time).Results The CD3,CD4,CD4/8 and costimulating molecules CD2 amount of infection group were obviously lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the expression of CD35 and CD59 on red cell membrane immunological molecular amount in infection group were lower than that of the control group;The CD58 was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The T cell sub-cluster activity of lower respiratory tract patients with lower curability in hospital was much lower and their red cell immunity function was in disorder state.
