摘    要:目的:总结皱襞切口修剪加CO2激光汽化大汗腺治疗腋臭的疗效。方法:对55例腋臭患者实施皱襞切口剪除皮下大汗腺,同时用CO2激光汽化凝固位于真皮深层的大汗腺。结果:55例患者术后分离区周围皮下瘀斑3例,无一例切口感染,皮瓣缺血坏死。术后随访1 ̄48个月,闻不到异味,所有患者对治疗效果均感满意。结论:采取手术修剪皮下大汗腺与CO2激光汽化真皮层内的大汗腺相结合,符合彻底去除腋窝大汗腺治疗腋臭要求,实践证明该方法疗效肯定,且设备条件要求低,操作简单,不失为一种较为彻底根治腋臭的方法,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To summarize the clinical curative effect of subcutaneous pruning by fold incision and CO2 laser vaporization removed apocrine gland in treatment of axillary osmidrosis. Methods 55 patients with axillary osmidrosis were treated, firstly apocrine glands were excised by subcutaneous pruning, and then other apocrine glands in the deep of dermis were demolished by CO2 laser vaporization. Results The follow-up for 1 to 48 months, all the patients were satisfied with the results, and underarm odour disappeared. No infections and flap necrosis happened, except subcutaneous ecchymosis in 3 cases. Conclusion According to the rule of treatment of axillary osmidrosis, we used subcutaneous pruning by fold incision and CO2 laser vaporization removed apocrine gland to radical excision of axillary osmidrosis. This is an ideal method to treat axillary osmidrosis because of its credible effect, no special requirement to instruments and simple operation, and it can be widely used.
