| 摘 要： | 目的：评价胎儿镜引导下激光治疗胎-胎输血综合征的围手术期并发症。研究设计：回顾性分析一所医学中心1999—2004年问分娩的伴胎-胎输血综合征病例。结果：共175例在局部麻醉下经皮手术。术后6个月存活至少1个、1个和2个婴儿的比例分别为73％、38％和35％。3例发生胎盘早剥，12例流产。49例（28％）发生胎膜早破，发生于孕〈24周者12例，孕〈28周者29例，孕〈34周者46例。48例手术时，Troear进入时经过胎盘（27％），但与流产（P=0．26）、胎膜早破（P=0．58）和胎盘早剥（P=0．37）均无关。结论：局部麻醉下，可在胎儿镜引导下，经皮进行胎-胎输血综合征的激光治疗，而无严重的产妇并发症发病率。手术时经过胎盘与胎膜早破或流产无关。
