| 摘 要： | Myxopyronin B是一种细菌RNA聚合酶抑制剂,对包括超级细菌在内的多种耐药菌表现出极强的活性.目前,针对该类化合物的研究是抗生素研究领域的热点之一.本文报道了一种Myxopyronin B的全合成方法,与已有方法相比,该方法具有收率高、易于操作等优点.

| Abstract: | Myxopyronin B is an inhibitor of bacterial DNA-dependent RNA polymerase,exhibits strong antibacterial activity against many of drug-resistant bacteria.Currently,this kind of compounds is one of the hot fields of antibiotic research.In this paper,we report the total synthesis of myxopyronin B.Compared with existing methods,this method has some advantages such as high yield,easy to operate and so on. |
