| 摘 要： | 目的 研究非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中微血管密度(MVD)的水平及临床意义.方法 用免疫组织化学技术分别检测了24例NSCLC组织、24例相应的癌旁组织和24例正常肺组织中的MVD,并借助Image-Pro Plus 6.0软件进行图像分析和处理.结果 NSCLC组织中MVD水平显著高于癌旁组织和正常肺组织(P<0.01);中期因子(MK)蛋白表达阳性患者的MVD高于MK蛋白表达阴性患者(P<0.05);NSCLC中MVD水平与NSCLC的TNM分期显著相关,Ⅲ/Ⅳ期NSCLC中MVD水平明显高于Ⅰ/Ⅱ期(P<0.01).结论 血管生成水平与NSCLC进展密切相关.
