| 摘 要： | 目的 评价干预前后围手术期预防应用抗菌药物的合理性以及综合干预措施的效果.方法 采用回顾性调查方法,对非干预组和干预组各110例围手术期预防用药进行统计和分析.结果 干预后我院预防用药合理性评价的多项指标有了明显改善.结论 实施综合干预措施明显提高预防用药合理性,干预措施具有可行性和有效性.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect and reasonableness of intervention measures on perioperative preventative application of antibiotics.Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 220 medical histories of patients who were randomly devided into two groups:intervention group and non-intervention group.The effect and reasonableness of perioperative preventative application of two groups were statisticed and analyzed.Results The targets to evaluate the level of preventative rational drug were improved after intervention.Conclusion The intervention measures advocated promote the level of rational drug use and are proved to be feasible and effective. |
