| 摘 要： | 目的探讨跟骨骨折钢板内固定术后切口皮缘坏死的原因及防治措施。方法根据局部解剖特点使用外侧L型手术切口,选择合适的手术时机,注重操作技巧等,治疗SandersⅢ、1V型跟骨骨折21例。结果本研究共发生皮缘坏死3例,继发感染1例。结论选择合适的手术时机、注重操作技巧施用、术后有效引流等可有效降低跟骨骨折术后软组织并发症的发病率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the cause and prevention measures of skin flap necrosis after calcaneal fracture treated by open reduction and internal fixation.Methods According to local anatomy,the lateral L-incision was used in 21 patients with Sanders Ⅲ,1V-type calcaneal fracture.It was important to choose the appropriate surgery timing and focus on operating techniques.Results The results of this study included of skin flap necrosis in 3 cases,secondary infection in 1 case.Conclusion To select the appropriate timing of surgery,focus on operating techniques and postoperative effective drainage could effectively decrease the occurrence rate of soft tissue complications after calcaneal fracture operations. |
