锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的体会

目的 探讨用锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的临床效果.方法 应用锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折16例,自体骼骨植骨3例,人工骨植骨1例.结果 术后随访平均21月,平均骨性愈合时间5个月,肩关节功能评分(按NEER标准)优良87.1%,无肱骨头坏死及骨不连接发生.结论 采用锁定钢板内固定的方法治疗肱骨近端粉碎骨折效果良好...

Experience of Treating Proximal Humeral Comminuted Fracture with Locking Plate

Objective To explore the clinical effect of humerus locking plates in treatment of comminuted proximal humeral fractures.Methods The 16 cases of proximal humeral comminuted fracture were treated with locking plates,autologous Ge bone grafts 3 cases,artificial bone grafts in 1 case.Results With the average 21 months of follow-up,average osseous healing time 5 months,the satisfaction rate of shoulder function score(according to the standard NEER) was 87.1%,without the humerus head necrosis and bone non union.Conclusion The use of locking plate fixation method in treating proximal humeral fractures can achieve good result,but it is important to protect the humerus head blood supply,anatomical reattachment bone graft reliable fixed and right initiative,passivity limb rehabilitation exercises.
