“冬病夏治”治疗脾肾阳虚型COPD患者36例疗效观察

目的:观察"冬病夏治"治疗脾肾阳虚型COPD患者的疗效。方法:纳入72例患者,随机分为治疗组36例(采用西医常规治疗+冬病夏治)和对照组36例(采用西医常规治疗法),冬病夏治疗程6周,随访观察6个月。结果:两组治疗后中医证候积分与治疗前比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组中医证候改善明显优于对照组;总有效率治疗组为88.89%,对照组为63.89%,两组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);对照组FEV1%、FEV1/FVC治疗前后比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗后FEV1%、FEV1/FVC,治疗组与对照组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗组急性发作次数治疗组明显少于对照组(P<0.01),最长持续时间治疗组明显少于对照组(P<0.05),平均住院天数、次数治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:结合"冬病夏治"治疗脾肾阳虚型COPD患者疗效较好,该法具有中医特色,临床开展简、便、廉、捷,值得临床推广。

Effect Observation on Treating Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency with COPD in 36 Cases

Objective：Explore the clinical effect of the method on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treating winter disease in summer.Method：In summer dog days,treat 36 cases with acupoint application and Point-injection.Course of 6 weeks and 6-month follow-up study.Result：Tthe total effeetive rate of theTreated is 88.89%.And the control＇s is 63.89%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group。 Acute attack of he treatment group also was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion：Combination of treating winter disease in summer of Diseases of s Spleen and kidney yang type COPD patients with good effect,the law has Chinese characteristics,clinical conduct simple、 then、and cheap、the shptrcut,worthy to be popularized.
