| 摘 要： | 本文报告ABMT8例、PABMT15例、ABHSGT18例,治疗白血病35例、淋巴瘤4例骨髓瘤和神经母细胞瘤各1例。经预处理强有力的放疗化疗后移植。其骨髓造血功能恢复分别为60天、53天和29.5天。提示ABHSGT组恢复最快。其复发率及无病生存率分别为37.5％、30％、18.7％和75％、73.4％、72.3％。而同期化疗组复发率及无病生存率分别为76.4％和32.5％。提示ABMT组、PABMT组、ABHSCT组疗效明显优于化疗组。

| Abstract: | 41 patients (35 leukemias, 4 lymphomas, 1 myeloma and 1 neuroblastoma)were treated by ABMT without purgint, 15 patients treated by PABMT with purging and 18 patients treated by ABHSCT. The results indicated that the ABHSCT had a earlier hematopoietic reconstitution, lesser complications and a lower relapse rate. Comparing with the conventional chemotherapy, all three transplant groups had an obviously longer disease-free survival time and a better curative effect. |
