| 摘 要： | 医疗保险异地安置流程管理存在表格内容、报销手续混乱，报销范围、比例和周期不规范，缺乏有效的监管机制和人性化服务意识，管理成本较高等问题，通过建立全国统一的异地安置表格模式、报销流程以及基本医疗保险药品和诊疗目录，加强对经办机构有效；监控机制，探索医疗机构和异地经办机构之间有效的合作来解决当前问题。
