2000～2010年济南市风疹流行特征分析

目的]了解济南市风疹流行特征,探索防治策略。方法]对济南市2000～2010年风疹疫情监测资料进行分析。结果]2000～2010年累计风疹发病2 062例,年均发病率为3.67/10万。2000～2010年发病率(/10万)分别为0.11、1.28、9.72、3.83、0.10、0.17、14.64、0.87、2.22、1.32、0.52。2000～2010年年均发病率(/10万),济阳县为7.64,商河县为0.45,历下区为5.07,市中区为2.83,槐荫区为4.12,天桥区为4.74,历城区为1.59,长清区为2.52,章丘市为2.16,平阴县为2.57;男性为5.38,女性为2.74;0～4岁为3.14,5～9岁为3.11,10～14岁为20.80,15～19岁为20.41,20～29岁为2.23,30～39岁为0.48,≥40岁为0.05。2 062例病人中,2～6月发病的占94.91%。2004～2010年的1 207例病例中,无风疹疫苗免疫史的占45.90%,有免疫史的占4.56%,免疫史不详的占49.54%。2000～2010年累计发生风疹暴发疫情75起,发病1 216例,占发病总数的58.97%。其中,2002年17起、发病506例,2006年35起、525例;发生在中学的37起,发病707例;章丘市5起,发病210例;每起发病2～9例的占64.47%,10～29例的占23.68%。结论]济南市风疹疫情较为严重,暴发疫情占较大比例。

Epidemiological Features of Rubella in Jinan City,2000-2010

Objective]To understand the epidemiological features of rubella in Jinan and explore prevention and control strategies.Methods]Statistical analysis was made on rubella surveillance data during 2000-2010 in Jinan.Results]During 2000-2010,there were 2 062 accumulative cases reported through the surveillance system and the average annual incidence rate was 3.67/105.Rubella incidence rate(/105) was 0.11 in 2000,1.28 in 2001,9.72 in 2002,3.83 in 2003,0.10 in 2004,0.17 in 2005,14.64 in 2006,0.87 in 2007,2.22 in 2008,1.32 in 2009,and 0.52 in 2010.During 2000-2010,the average annual incidence rate(/105) was 7.64 in Jiyang,0.45 in Shanghe,5.07 in Lixia,2.83 in Shizhong,4.12 in Huaiyin,4.74 in Tianqiao,1.59 in Licheng,2.52 in Changqing,2.16 in Zhangqiu,and 2.57 in Pingyin;5.38 in males and 2.74 in females;3.14 in 0-4 years age group,3.11 in 5-9 years,20.80 in 10-14 years,20.41 in 15-19 years,2.23 in 20-29 years,0.48 in 30-39 years,and 0.05 in ≥40 years.Of 2 062 cases,94.91% occurred in Feb to June.Of 1 207 cases during 2004-2010,45.90% had no rubella vaccine immunization history,4.56% had immunization history and 49.54% were unknown.During 2000-2010,there were 75 rubella outbreaks with 1 216 cases,which accounted for 58.97% of all reported cases.There were 17 outbreaks with 506 cases in 2002,35 outbreaks with 525 cases in 2006,37 outbreaks with 707 cases in middle schools;Zhangqiu had 5 outbreaks with 210 cases,and 64.47% had the outbreak size of 2-9 cases,23.68% had the outbreak size of 10-29 cases.Conclusion]Rubella epidemic situation in Jinan is quite serious and outbreaks account for a large proportion.
