慢性乙肝患者心理健康状况的调查研究

目的探讨慢性乙肝患者的心理健康状况。方法选取在我院确诊的慢性乙肝患者共800例作为观察组，选取同期在我院体检为健康的成人100例作为对照组，焦虑评定采用状态一特质焦虑问卷和焦虑自评量表，抑郁的评定采用抑郁自评量表。结果观察组患者焦虑、抑郁得分均较高，观察组焦虑及抑郁评分具有正相关性。结论慢性乙肝患者有明显的焦虑、抑郁症状，且与患者的病情程度相关。临床应该给予心理干预及健康教育相结合的综合治疗。

The investigation and research of mental health status in patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective To investigate the mental health status in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods All of 800 patients with chronic hepatitis B were collected as the observation group,100 normal adults were collected as the control group.We analyzed the anxiety score by state-trait anxiety inventory and SAS Questionnaires,the depression score by SDS Questionnaires,and sleep quality by sleep quality scale in the three groups.Results The scores of anxiety and depression were higher in the observation group than in two control groups.The scores were positive correlation between anxiety and depression in the observation group.Conclusion The higher socres of anxiety and depression are found in patients with chronic hepatitis B.The essential intervention should be carried out in clincial treatment work.
