消旋卡多曲治疗婴幼儿急性水样腹泻疗效观察

目的 观察消旋卡多曲治疗小儿急性水样腹泻的临床疗效.方法 将急性水样腹泻患儿108例随机分为治疗组56例和对照组52例,对照组给予调整饮食,口服蒙脱石散、妈咪爱,补液纠正水、电解质及酸碱平衡紊乱等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加消旋卡多曲口服.结果 治疗组总有效率94.64％,对照组总有效率67.31％,两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 消旋卡多曲治疗婴幼儿急性水样腹泻疗效显著.

Effective observation of racecadotril in treating infantile acute watery diarrhea

Objective To observe the clinical effect of racecadotril in treating infantile acute watery diarrhea.Methods 108 cases of infantile acute watery diarrhea were randomly divided into the treatment group(56 cases) and the control group(52 cases).The control group was given the routine therapy including adjusting diet,oral smecta,Medilac-Vita,electrolytes and correcting water,electrolytes and acid-base imbalance,while the treatment group was added oral racecadotril on the basis of conventional therapy.Results The total efficiency was 94.64% in the treatment group and 67.31% in the control group,showing statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Racecadotril has significant effect in treating infantile acute watery diarrhea.
