Effectiveness analysis of self-designed Huatan Quyu Tongmai Decoction in treating unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-designed Huatan Quyu Tongmai Decoction on patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods 76 patients with coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to July 2020 were divided into two groups according to the parity method,with 38 cases in each group.The combined group was treated with conventional western medicine and self-designed Huatan Quyu Tongmai Decoction,the single group was treated with conventional western medicine.The clinical efficacy,various hemorheological indexes(fibrinogen,plasma viscosity and whole blood high shear viscosity),duration of angina pectoris,frequency of angina pectoris and TCM clinical symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of combined group was 94.74%,significantly higher than 63.16%of single group(P<0.05).Fibrin in combined group was(3.32±0.53)g/L,plasma viscosity was(1.52±0.15)mPa·s and whole blood high shear viscosity was(5.23±0.49)mPa·s,which were significantly lower than(3.75±0.73)g/L,(1.79±0.12)mPa·s,(6.09±0.72)mPa·s in single group(P<0.05);the duration of angina pectoris in the combined group was(3.73±1.49)min,which was significantly shorter than(6.52±1.93)min in the single group.The frequency of angina pectoris attack was(0.92±0.43)times,which was significantly less than(1.55±0.85)times in the single group.The TCM clinical symptom score was(8.73±2.51)scores,which was significantly lower than(11.86±2.22)scores of single group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-designed Huatan Quyu Tongmai Decoction has obvious effect for coronary heart disease in patients with unstable angina,and can effectively reduce the fibrinogen,plasma viscosity and whole blood high shear viscosity,shorten the duration of angina pectoris patients,decrease anginal attacks and reduce the traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptom scores,which is benefit to outcomes for patients.
