宫腔镜手术治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤的效果观察及对患者并发症的影响分析

目的探讨宫腔镜手术治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤的效果及对患者并发症的影响。方法选取2019年2月至2020年3月因黏膜下子宫肌瘤于本院妇科进行手术治疗的患者82例,按手术方式不同分为常规组和实验组,每组41例。常规组采用腹腔镜手术方式,实验组采用宫腔镜手术方式。比较两组术中情况、术后恢复情况、临床疗效、并发症发生情况及子宫功能恢复情况。结果实验组并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组手术时间、术后下床活动时间、住院时间及月经恢复时间均短于常规组,术中出血量少于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前及术后3个月,两组患者E2水平比较差异无统计学意义;术后3个月,实验组FSH水平低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者实施宫腔镜手术,能够降低手术并发症发生率,同时还能够提升临床疗效,缩短手术时间及术后恢复时间,提升子宫功能恢复效果,值得在黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者的临床治疗工作中推广实施。

Effect of hysteroscopic surgery in patients with submucosal uterine fibroids and its effect on complications

Objective To investigate the effect of hysteroscopic surgery in submucosal uterine fibroids on complications.Methods 82 patients were treated in the gynecology of our hospital from February 2019 to March 2020,which were divided into conventional groups and experimental group according to the surgery and experimental groups,with 41 cases in each group.The conventional group underwent laparoscopic surgery,and the experimental group performed hysteroscopy.The intraoperative situation,postoperative recovery,treatment effect,complications and uterine func-tion recovery were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than the conven-tional group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,postoperative ambulation time,hospitalization time and menstrual recovery time of the experimental group were all shorter than those of the conventional group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation and 3 months after operation,there was no significant difference in E2 level between the two groups;3 months after operation,the FSH level of the experimental group was lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Performing hysteroscopy for patients with submucosal uterine fibroids can re-duce the incidence of surgical complications,but also improve the treatment effect,shorten the operation time and patient recovery time,and also im-prove the recovery effect of uterine function.Therefore,hysteroscopic surgical treatment is worth popularizing in the clinical treatment of patients with submucosal uterine fibroids.
