Clinical effect of Qiangli Dingxuan capsule combined with betahistine in the treatment of Meniere' s disease

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qiangli Dingxuan capsule combined with betahistine in the treatment of Meniere's dis-ease.Methods A total of 84 patients with Meniere's disease admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into traditional group and innovative group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The traditional group was treated with betahistine,and the innovation group was treated with Qiangli Dingxuan capsules combined with betahistine.The clinical efficacy,symp-tom improvement time and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment efficiency of the in-novation group was 97.62%,which was higher than 83.33%of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the im-provement time of vertigo symptoms,other symptoms and total treatment time in the innovation group were shorter than those in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of the innovation group was 9.52%,which was lower than 30.95%of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Qiangli Dingxu-an capsule combined with meniere disease and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions is worth clinical promotion and application.
