Clinical randomized controlled trial on somatosensory sonic therapy in intervention of chronic fatigue syndrome

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of somatosensory sound wave therapy in intervention of chronic fatigue syndrome.Methods 60 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome who admitted to the Department of Mental Health Clinic of our hospital from April to October 2019 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The intervention group was treated with symptomatic treatment combined with somatosensory sound wave therapy,and the control group only was treated with symptomatic treatment.The fatigue scale and clinical symptom scale scores and immunoglobulin were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the short,medium and long-term fatigue scale and clinical symptom scores of the intervention group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the immunoglobulin of the intervention group was higher than before treatment(P<0.05);patient experience throughout the process feeling good,no adverse events occurred.Conclusion Somatosensory sound wave therapy has a definite effect on chronic fatigue syndrome,and the humoral immunity is improved significantly.
