The clinical diagnostic value of dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance and enhanced CT for pancreatic cystic disease

Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance(MRI)and enhanced CT for pancreatic cystic disease(PCL).Methods The clinical data of 85 PCL patients who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to November 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All the selected patients received dynamic enhanced MRI and enhanced CT.The results of surgical pathology were used as the gold standard,and two types were analyzed.To analyze the diagnostic value of two examination methods in PCL.Results The re-sults of surgical pathological examinations,the detection rate of PCL in dynamic enhanced MRI was 97.65%,the detection rate of enhanced CT was 88.24%,and the detection rate of dynamic enhanced MRI was higher than that of enhanced CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the time-consuming(29.31±5.68)min of dynamic enhanced MRI examination in 85 cases was longer than the time-consuming(20.42±3.19)min of enhanced CT examination,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.582,P=0.000).Conclusion The diagnostic value of dynamic en-hanced MRI in PCL is higher than that of enhanced CT.Although dynamic enhanced MRI takes longer,it can accurately determine the type of pa-tient's disease and provide an effective basis for the formulation of later treatment plans.
