多层螺旋CT血管成像在颅底肿瘤术前的评估

目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像(Multislice—CTA)在颅底肿瘤术前的应用价值。方法45例颅底肿瘤患者行Multislice—CTA检查，采用表面遮蔽显示法(SSD)、彩色SSD法、最大强度投影法(MIP)及透视法等方法重建图像。结幕Multislice—CTA显示了所有肿瘤灶的部位、大小、形态、轮廓的三维结构，特别清晰地显示出肿瘤、Willis环的大血管、静脉窦和颅底骨之间的三维空间关系，特别是肿瘤对脑血管的压迫移位以及肿瘤破坏颅底骨质的情况。这些情况均被手术所证实。结论Multislice-CTA对颅底肿瘤术前评估有其独特的价值，有助于手术入路的设汁，尤其适合于血供丰富的实质性颅底肿瘤。

Multislice CT Angiography in Preoperative Evaluation of Skull Base Tumors

Objective To evaluate Multislice-CTA in preoperative assessment of skull base tumors. Methods In forty-five cases of skull base tumors Multislice-CTA was carried out preoperatively. The Multislice-CTA images were reconstructed by surface shaded display(SSD), maximum intensity projection(MIP), color SSD and transparent SSD methods. Results All skull base tumors were revealed by Multislice-CTA images. Multislice-CTA not only demonstrated the site, size, and 3D contour of the tumors, but also clearly displayed the 3D spatial relationship of the tumors, the main vessels of Willis cycle, nearby venous sinuses and bony skull base. Multislice-CTA revealed the deviation of vessels by the tumors as well as bone destruction and enlargement of the skull base foramen. Conclusion Multislice-CTA had distinct value in the preoperative assessment of skull base tumors, and could aide planning the neurosurgical approach.
