| 摘 要： | 1997年广东省艾滋病(AIDS)哨点监测结果表明吸毒人群中艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染率比1996年增加60%;在性病门诊就诊者中检出HIV感染者,确诊性病患者占就诊人数的60.8%;暗娼人群的避孕套使用率比1996年高.值得注意的是有9.2%的暗娼承认与境外人员发生性关系,提示HIV已在该人群中加速流行.

| Abstract: | The results of HIV/AIDS sentinel surveillance in Guangdong Province in 1997 were reported. In the group of drug users, the HIV infection rate increased 60% to be compared with that in 1996; 1 HIV infected case was found in the consultants of STD clinics. 60.8% of the consultants of STD clinics was confirmed with STD. In the group of underground prostitutes the percentage of condom use in 1997 increased in comparison with that in 1996. It was noted that 9.2% of the prostitutes had experienced sexual intercouse with foreigners, which indicated that HIV would be rapidly spreading in this population. |
