Dick钉内固定治疗腰椎峡部崩裂并滑脱症的效果

（１）目的 探讨Ｄｉｃｋ钉内固定治疗腰椎峡部崩裂并滑脱症的临床效果。（２）方法 对２７例腰峡椎峡部崩裂并滑脱症的病人行Ｄｉｃｋ钉内因骨税椎体及上下位椎体横突间植骨治疗。（３）结果 全组病人术后经１５０ｄ～３年（平均４８０ｄ）的随访，优良率达８８．９％，滑脱椎体复位率达６８．４％，（４）结论 应用Ｄｉｃｋ钉内固定治疗腰椎峡部崩裂并滑脱症效果较好，而且操作简单，适合基层医院开展。

EFFECT OF DICK SPINAL PEDICLE SCREWS SYSTEM IN THE TREATM ENT OF LUMBAR SPONDYLOLYSIS AND SPONDYLOLISTHESIS

Objective\ To investigate the clinical effect of using Dick system to treat lumbar spondulosis and spondylolisthesis.\ Methods\ 27 cases of lumbar pondylolysis and spondylolisthesis were performed internal fixation with Dick system. The transverse process bond graftingfusions were performed among the lipped superior and inferior vertebrae.\ Results\ All patients were made follow up survey for 150 days-3 years after the operation. The excellent and good rates were as high as 88.9%. The reduction rate of slipped vertebra was 68.4%.\ Conclusion\ The internal fixation with Dick system is a statiafatory method to treat the lumbar spondylolysis and spondylolisthesis. And the operation is easy to perform and suitable to be used in the basic level hospitals.
