| 摘 要： | Bucrylate(IBCA)是一种能在体内瞬时聚合固化而作用持久的血管栓塞剂。作者参考有关文献合成成功,并改进了反应条件,提高了收率;经动物试验证明本品作用与文献报道相一致。

| Abstract: | Isobutyl-a-oyanoacrylate (Bucrylate) is a fast-hardening and permanent vascular oeclusive agent. The monomerio form of this compound is obtained by reacting isobtityl cyanoaeetate with formaldehyde in the presence of a basic catalyst to form a lower polymer, then depolymerized under vacuum distillation, in the presence of some polymerized inhibitors, at optimal temperature.Eight rabbits were studied with this agent and the expectant results were obtained. |
