| 摘 要： | 目的：观察川芎嗪、山莨菪碱治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法：45例糖尿病足患者随机分成治疗组24例和对照组21例，治疗组给予川芎嗪及山莨菪碱治疗。结果：治疗组治愈率、总有效率数值上均明显高于对照组，P＜0．05；平均好转天数、平均治愈天数均短于对照组，分别P＜0．01和P＜0．05。结论：川芎嗪和山莨菪碱治疗糖尿病足有明显疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of Ligustrazinine and Anisodamine on diabetic footMethods:Forty-five patients with diabetic foot were divided randomly into treating group and control group24 patients received Ligustrazinine and Anisodamine,and 21 placeboResults:The cure rate and total efficient rate in treating group were higher than control group (P<005)Mean days to get better and mean days to cure in treating group were also shorter than control group (P<001,P<005)Conclusion:Ligustrazinine and Anisodamine had an beneficial effect on diabetic foot |
