原发性腹膜后肿瘤的CT诊断

通过分析３１例腹膜后肿瘤的ＣＴ表现，探讨ＣＴ对腹膜后肿瘤的定位及定性诊断价值，结果ＣＴ的定位准确率为９４％，良性与恶性肿瘤的大小无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。囊性肿瘤绝大多数为良性，仅一例巨大分化良好型平滑肌肉瘤为多房囊性肿瘤，囊实性及实性肿瘤在良恶性肿瘤中均可见。瘤体的钙化可见于畸胎瘤、血管内皮瘤、神经母细胞瘤和部分神经节细胞瘤，脂肪密度见于脂肪瘤或脂肪肉瘤。结论：ＣＴ具有较高的定位诊断价值，且可较好地显示肿瘤的内部情况，对定性诊断有一定帮助

CT Diagnosis of Primary Retroperitoneal Neoplasms

CT findings in 31 cases of primary retroperitoneal neoplasm (PRN) were analyzed to evaluate the diagnostic value of imaging examination in PRN The result showed that: the accuracy of location of tumor was 94 % by CT with difference between benign and malignant not being significant ( P >0 05); Cystic tumor was almost benign, only one case was cystic leiomyosarcoma; cystic parenchymatous and parenchymatous tumors may be either of benign or malignant; calcification of tumor was found in teratoma, angioendothelioma, neuroblastoma and ganglicytoma; fat density presented in lipoma and liposarcoma CT is very valuable in the diagnosis of primary retroperitoneal tumors and can distinctly show the nature, site, and the contour of the concluded tumor, which is helplul for the quatitative diagnosis of the tumor
