摘    要:目的:分析研究基于热致相变原理的VO2薄膜强光限幅机制及其激光防护复合技术。方法:对VO2薄膜强光限幅特性、作用机理、影响因素与相关技术进行分析,探讨强光限幅与激光防护的技术特点及其规律,建立VO2薄膜强光限幅复合防护技术模块。结果:介绍了强光限幅与激光防护的技术特征,提出以激光为代表的强光辐射光限幅复合防护技术,包括VO2薄膜的设计与制备,热致相变与光限幅性质,相变阈值和光损伤阈值,复合材料增强防护技术,强光限幅与复合防护性能测试。结论:VO2薄膜强光限幅与激光防护复合技术为强光辐射人眼及光电传感器的损伤防护和光限幅材料与光限幅器的设计制备提供了有效技术途径。

Abstract:Objective To research the optical limiting mechanism of the vanadium dioxide(VO2) film for strong light and the composite protective technology for laser based on the principles of heat induced phase transition Methods The properties of optical limiting,mechanism of action,influencing factors and correlative techniques for protection against laser and strong light irradiation of VO2 film were analyzed.The technique modules with complex protection against laser and strong light irradiation of VO2 films were studied and built up.Results The technique characteristics of the optical limiting of strong light and the laser protection were described.The composite protective technologies of optical limiting for strong light irradiation represented by laser were proposed,which included the design and preparation of VO2 films,heat induced phase transition and optical limiting property,threshold of phase transition and optical damage,intensifying protective technologies of the composite materials,performance test of the optical limiting and complex protection for strong light and laser.Conclusion The technology which can provide protection against laser and strong light irradiation is an effective approach for the protection of human eyes and photoelectric sensors as well as for the design and preparation of materials and devices with optical limiting.
