中西医结合治疗视网膜静脉阻塞临床观察

目的：观察缺血型早期视网膜静脉阻塞激光光凝术后的中西医结合疗效。方法：缺血型早期视网膜静脉阻塞97例（107只眼），随机分为对照组48例（51眼）和治疗组49例（56眼），对照组在视网膜激光光凝基础上加用西药治疗；治疗组辨证为肝阳上亢、气滞血瘀、脾虚气弱、肝郁血热4型，光凝治疗后予以中西医结合治疗。结果：治疗组49例（56眼）中，临床痊愈17眼（30．36％）；好转34眼（60．71％）；无效5眼（8．93％），总有效率91．07％。对照组48例（51眼），临床痊愈2眼（3．92％）；好转36眼（70．59％）；无效13眼（25．49％），总有效率74．51％。治疗组与对照组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：缺血型早期视网膜静脉阻塞激光光凝术后中西医结合治疗疗效满意。
