人工合成支架材料促进腱骨愈合的研究进展

摘    要:韧带/肌腱重建术后腱骨愈合的难题当今尚未得到解决。近年来应用组织工程支架材料,尤其是人工合成支架材料促腱骨愈合的研究越来越多,均得到了较好的效果。本文就人工合成支架材料及其在促腱骨愈合的研究进展进行概述,为人工合成支架的设计及其临床应用提供参考思路。

Abstract:The problem of bone to tendon joint healing after tendon or ligament reconstruction operations has not been solved. In recent years, there have been more and more studies on the application of tissue engineering scaffold materials, especially artificial scaffold materials, to promote bone to tendon joint healing, which have achieved good results. This article summarizes the research progress of artificial scaffold materials and their application in promoting tendon joint healing, providing reference ideas for the design of synthetic scaffold and clinical application.
